Amendments or cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately via email: info@waffleandwoof.com or message us on Instagram @waffleandwoofuk - whilst we will make every effort to help cancel or amend your order prior to dispatch, once dispatched we regret that we can not cancel or change your order and you will be required to pay the return fee.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Refunds: 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase providing your items are in a new, unused condition. Once we receive your item we will process your refund and send you an email to notify you of this (please allow up to 14 days for your refund to reach your account). Please note : the cost of shipping will be deducted from the returns fund. Items returned after the 30 day returns period or in an unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a recorded postage service to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Waffle & Woof cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Item(s) must be in new, unused and resalable condition. We regret we cannot accept returns for item(s) in any other condition so we highly recommend a careful indoor try on.

 

Please add a note with your full name & order details with the reason you are returning your item(s). We do not issue return slips as we aim to keep our business as eco friendly as possible.

Exchanges: 


Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item.
